Doesn't work / Audio only comes out two audio channels
- Please be sure if the blue light is on and product recognized on the Computer ''Device Management'' .
- After turning off the original computer sound card drive, install the software. (This product is directly plugged in and automatically identifies the installation driver using USB protocol)
- Make the right Audio Settings on software: To choose the right Channel according to the verified media file both at “System Input” & “Analog Output”.
- Does not output 7.1 from optical: The audio adapter's SPDIF optical pass-through port supports two-channel audio, this port does not support 5.1 or 7.1 audio.
- Not recognized by Mac: This external sound card doesn't compatible for Mac system. The included software only supports Win10/8/7systems.
- NOTE 1: Not recommended for 7.1 headphones, as the 7.1 headset itself has 7.1 channel, resulting in no change.
- NOTE 2: Suggest use VLC media player for personal use.
